Thanks for your article. I think eft is a helpful tool but I have a different worldview than Mercola. Nowhere in the Bible does it teach us to “forgive ourselves”. We may struggle with false guilt over sinful past behavior but from a Biblical perspective, that isn’t a matter of “forgiving ourselves “. Forgiving yourself is actually just receiving God’s forgiveness in its fullness. In that, there is much freedom. Galatians 5:1 “ For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.”
