This beginner’s guide to fasting explores its history, health benefits, and spiritual roots. Learn simple fasting methods, how to start safely, and why it’s more about freedom and clarity than restriction.
Since our bodies are so different, I'd like to see fasting for women, and fasting for men. I don't believe we can go about this the same way. I'd want to hear about some studies (although I don't trust those much anymore lol). Just like exercise, they've figured how backwards a man's training is for women when it comes to how our hormones work.
Do you have a link to info on what to consume during a 72-hr fast, such as Rx meds, vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, other supplements, powdered supplements (magnesium , Creatine, l-theanine, l-glutamine, l-lysine, glycine, gaba, etc.)?
Thanks for this guide, full of great information!
