I'm retired. How do I get involved with implementing this? I can be a support to parents doing this... I have training experience going back decades and I grew up with one room schoolhouses. If anyone has a connection or recommendation, please DM me.

You can also teach them that we don't live on a globe, there is as much evidence for viruses as there is for unicorns and all of mainstream history is a lie.

Thanks so much for sharing this! I love hearing stories from families who’ve gone the whole way through high school with homeschooling — it’s really encouraging. You're absolutely right: the chance to guide your kids’ learning, be present with them, and have a say in what they're exposed to is powerful. It’s not always easy or possible for everyone, like you said, but for those who can make it work, it can be such a rewarding path.

Wow, that’s impressive! Sounds like your homeschooling approach really helped her thrive. Love that you included travel and Schoolhouse Rock—such a fun and creative way to learn!
