I do think that Mr. Tesla was on to what would be using the energy of our earth to power what we need, and that it was being used throughout with success long before him. I will have to take issue with one point however, the flooding due to glaciers and ice melt. When ice melts, it does not raise the level of the liquid it is contained in. Think about your glass of iced tea, soft drink or whatever filled with beverage and ice. When the ice melts, does the level of the liquid in your container rise? No, it does not. Why would the earth be any different than any other vessel? I'm simply not buying into that.
Ice does not raise the level of a liquid, since it displaces its volume, and the melt simply fills it, but if the glacier is on land, then the water will raise the ocean level
Most of the ice on the earth is sea ice. Glaciers cover <10% of the earth, form on land and are moving/flowing constantly to the water at a very slow rate as a very slow moving river.
